Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship and deliver to Canada. We hope to expand to the United States next.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs range depending on the weight and size of the item(s). Before checkout, you will receive an estimate cost. Our shipping policy can be found here.
How long does shipping take?
When we receive the order, it should be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, our couriers aim to have it delivered within 3-5 business days.
When should I change my hose?
For rubber hoses, you are able to wash them. Therefore making these the most effective hoses. They are made of thick rubber. If they are cleaned regularly they can last anytime from a few months to years.
For plastic hoses, you are also able to wash them but they do not last as long because the plastic is thin and tend to break/cut/burn much easier than rubber. If they are cleaned regularly and taken care of, they can last anytime up to a few months.
For Khalil Maamon hoses and material based hoses such as some MYA hoses, they cannot be washed due to a metal coil set out in the interior of the hose for support that will rust. These hoses last up to a 2-3 months but tend to retain flavour much more than rubber or plastic. If you are mixing flavours a lot, you may get a bad smell or taste over time.
When should I change my hookah bowl?
You should change your hookah bowl when you break it. However, if you mix flavours a lot, over time the taste of the hookah bowl will change. If you experience a bad taste, it is time to change your hookah bowl.
How much water do I put in the base?
Depending on the hookah, you should put about 0.5” – 1” of water ABOVE the bottom of the stem.

We aim to restock as soon as possible, but with some products it may take longer. There is no set time for products.
