This was our first time going to purchase a hookah after having experienced shisha bars. Ammar was fantastic. He did not try to up sell us. He made recommendations that benefited us as customers and not him as an owner. We were really appreciative of his help. He explained how to use it and everything we needed to get started. They got lot of options to look around before buying and the owner/salesman have a strong knowledge of what goes with what & suggests accordingly for our usage.
